A CLEARER PICTURE
What goes into a property quote.
- 01
Residence & documents
Identify the residence code, building, level and documented area.
- 02
Interiors & condition
Compare fittings, loose furniture and changes from the original plan.
- 03
Asking price & seller
Record the offer source and date; a historic launch price is not a current quote.
- 04
Inclusions & exclusions
Clarify which items are included in the asking price and which are separate.
- 05
Timing & next steps
Agree viewing arrangements, intended use timing and the next verification step.
Compare quotations on the same basis
A useful quotation identifies the residence, the area recorded in its documents, the party offering it and the date the information was confirmed. Ask for a clear account of furnishings, included amounts and separately payable items so you can compare the anticipated total budget. A headline asking price alone leaves too much unexplained.
Consider the home alongside its price
Two residences with the same bedroom count still deserve separate consideration of their layout, light, privacy and interior condition. If a price per square metre is used for reference, establish how the area is recorded before comparing figures. Then consider any furnishing or improvement work you would want, based on the condition of that particular residence.
Build a shortlist worth viewing

BEFORE YOUR NEXT STEP
What a quotation should clarify
- Residence reference, bedroom count and documented area
- Asking price, quoting party and confirmation date
- Description of furnishings, equipment and condition
- Included amounts, separate items and anticipated total budget
This website does not publish a verified current price list or live inventory. Residence collections in presentation material do not establish that a home is currently for sale.
